Meet our therapists
Dr. Levon Balbay PT, DPT, MDT completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at
Dr. Justin Welch, MSPT, DPT completed his Masters of Physical Therapy degree in 2006 at Springfield college and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degreen in 2013 at Regis University. He has been providing physical therapy in the out-patient orthopedic since 2006. He is originally from the Boston area where he worked for a large orthopedic group providing post surgical and general orthopedic rehabilitation. Here, in Summit County, he continues to treat all types of sports medicine and orthopedic injuries. Justin is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and has received advanced post-graduate education in care of the knee, foot and ankle, cervical, thoracic and lumbar spines as well as the rotator cuff and shoulder. Justin has volunteered as a snowboard instructor for New England Disabled Sports and Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center and in his free time enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, camping, basketball and photography.
Dr. Ellie Allan, DPT completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Regis University in 2013. As well as being an accomplished new therapist, Ellie is a PMA certified Pilates instructor and a PSIA Level 3 certified ski instructor. These diverse experiences enrich Ellie’s physical therapy practice. Ellie uses a variety of manual therapy techniques as well as specializes in the instruction of therapeutic exercise and incorporation of sport-specific activities into short and long term treatment. Ellie and her husband spend their free time skiing, biking and climbing. We are thrilled to have Ellie’s fresh perspective and we are enthusiastic for her participation in all aspects of clinic life here at Breckenridge Physical Therapy.
