Dr. Justin Welch, MSPT, DPT
Dr. Justin Welch PT, DPT completed his Masters of Physical Therapy degree in 2006 at Springfield college and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013 at Regis University. He has been providing physical therapy in the out-patient orthopedic since 2006. He is originally from the Boston area where he worked for a large orthopedic group providing post surgical and general orthopedic rehabilitation. Here, in Summit County, he continues to treat all types of sports medicine and orthopedic injuries. Justin is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and has received advanced post-graduate education in care of the knee, foot and ankle, cervical, thoracic and lumbar spines as well as the rotator cuff and shoulder. In his free time, Dr. Welch enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, camping, and photography.
Dr. Ellie Allan, DPT
Ellie is welcoming new clients who are motivated, looking for a place to optimize their health and wellness and seeking compassionate care. As a ski and pilates instructor Ellie developed a passion for sharing the therapy of movement. As a new mom she is sensitive to the needs of clients who are challenged by the demands of daily life and is excited about sharing her own experience in learning to prioritize her own health after the birth of her daughter last year. Ellie studied biology at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL and physical therapy at Regis University in Denver. She loves working with all types of patients across the life span including those who have any type of general orthopedic injuries, long and short term neurologic conditions and amateur/competitive athletes. Her current clinical passion is working with and advocating for men and women with pelvic health issues. Her approach to pain management is unique and sensitive to the changing needs of her clients. Ellie’s clinical tool box includes manual therapy skills, pilates-based physical therapy and trigger point dry needling. Ellie and her family; husband Matt, daughter Hailey and dog Tyndall, spend most of their quality time biking, camping, climbing skiing and traveling the world.
